Are you prepared for the 2016 season? By Matthew Turnock PGA Teaching Professional, Mottram Hall.
For many the first major of the year, THE Masters, is the catalyst that inspires players to dust off their clubs and emerge at the start of the golfing season. Often with little or no preparation it then takes them a month or so to get their game back into shape.
This year give yourself a fighting chance and follow some of my advice below: Firstly don't neglect the tools of your trade Give your clubs an MOT and check that your grips are fresh - they are your ONLY contact with the club.
As you may already know, all of our new retail product for the Spring season is arriving in the shop as we speak, including the fantastic new Nike range of: shoes, bags, clubs and apparel!! The apparel range was on show last week at The Masters with players such as Rory McIlroy and Charl Schwartzel modelling the new 2016 designs. Couple this with the newer, brighter and Bluer Vapor Fly woods and you can certainly look the part whilst strolling the fairways!
Enjoy the rest of the newsletter and have a great weekend.
