Rahmbo runs riot... To some back in his homeland, Jon Rahm is already the King of Spain and he cemented his status as Spain’s number one golfer with a five-shot victory in a home-grown top three lockout at the Open de Espana. In the end, it proved quite comfortable for Rahm who converted his five-shot overnight lead into victory ahead of Cabrera-Bello (-17) and Del Val (-15). Perhaps more importantly for Rahm, the win - his third of 2019 - puts him in pole position in the lucrative Race to Dubai standings, leapfrogging Open Champion Shane Lowry to top spot. The victory also sees Rahm jump to fourth in the World Rankings, with three Europeans currently occupying three of the top five positions (Rory McIlroy second & Justin Rose fifth). Good work, guys!
