Don’t put your clubs away… After playing a lot of golf over the summer months and maintaining a certain standard, it is so easy to pack the clubs away when the temperature drops. Continuing to play and practice during the winter months allows you to play a different type of golf, it allows you to challenge yourself and play the course in a totally different way which can only benefit your game in the long run. If you decide to stop during the winter, the momentum you gained over the summer will slowly fade away. Many of you will know how hard it is to get your game back In sync after a few weeks away, your distances become inconsistent, your touch and feel are pretty much non-existent and it becomes very difficult to enjoy being out on the course.
